I’d like to inform you that the videos which you have uploaded onto the registration website will be used on the opening ceremony for the introductions of every delegations. And the profiles of students may appear on the publications in Catalyzer.

In addition, we sincerely invite you to record photos and videos on your side during all the activities of IChO2022, as well as the feedback of you and your students, which may be collected by us later and used for propaganda. We promise that these information will only be used in IChO2022 related activities. However, If it’s sensitive and unacceptable for you. Please let us know.

As part of the tradition, we shall introduce all the participants during IChO2022, thus we are writing this email to inform you the materials from the registration database provided by you of the participants (names and photos) might be used for the purpose of the IChO2022 official publicity distribution, such as for the Catalyzer magazine pages and, the team/winner introduction video at the Opening/Closing ceremony.
